| Mr. Moore currently serves as a Director in the Houston, Texas office of
Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Restructuring Group, focusing on corporate
turnaround, loan workout and bankruptcy engagements. At Alvarez & Marsal
(“A&M”), Mr. Moore has led a broad range of creditor advisory, turnaround
consulting, and restructuring engagements, most recent of which include
energy-industry assignments for PG&E National Energy Group, Inc., Plains
Resources, Inc. and Columbus Energy Corp. Prior to joining A&M in 2002, Mr.
Moore was a Managing Director in the Houston office of Arthur Andersen’s
Corporate Restructuring and Global Corporate Finance Group, with a similar
focus on turnaround, workout and bankruptcy engagements. Mr. Moore joined
Arthur Andersen in 1996. Previously, Mr. Moore served as Chief Financial
Officer of Omni USA, Inc. (OTC:OUSA), a publicly-traded manufacturing and
distribution company headquartered in Houston, and served for 18 years in
senior corporate finance positions with several regional investment banking
firms in Houston, including Underwood, Neuhaus & Co., First City Capital
Markets, and Bank One Capital Markets. |

| With over 28 years of corporate restructuring, corporate finance and investment
banking experience, Mr. Moore has managed and been involved with both
out-of-court and in-court engagements where he has advised secured creditors,
debtors, investors, professionals, and trustees. These engagements have
included providing consulting services in the areas of business plan analysis,
cash flow modeling and analyses, structuring and negotiating debt and equity
financing, liquidation analyses, providing fairness opinions, valuations of
assets or businesses, formulation of plans of reorganization and disclosure
statements, and related bankruptcy consulting. In addition, Mr. Moore has
completed numerous public and private financing and acquisition transactions
and other financial advisory assignments. |

| Mr. Moore earned a B.A. in finance and economics from Ottawa University and a
Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. |
