| Mr. Aldridge is an independent businessman, investor and consultant with over
35 years of military, engineering and management experience. He currently
serves on the Board of Directors for Terasen, Inc. (TSX:TER). Most recently, he
was Chairman of the Board of Koch Pipelines Canada and President of Koch
Canada. He was responsible for Koch Industries’ Canadian crude oil purchasing,
trading and pipeline businesses, where he led a number of acquisition,
divestment and other business development projects, including the IPO of Koch's
Canadian pipeline business (Koch Pipelines, L.P.). He served on the Board of
Directors of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, the Alberta
Chamber of Resources, and The Canadian Oilmen’s. Prior to that he was President
of Koch Oil Company US. He held a number of other senior management and
marketing positions in crude oil and natural gas with Koch Industries over a
twenty plus year career there. |

Chemical Engineering Advisory Council. He is an advisory to Austin, Texas based
Pinion Software, Inc |

| Mr. Aldridge earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in International
Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. He served two tours
of duty during the Vietnam War as a US navy pilot and was a Lieutenant
Commander in the Navy Reserve. |
