| Effective April 1, 2004, Jeff Hawn joined JMI Inc., a San Diego based private
equity firm, as an Operating Partner. He currently is the Chairman of WRQ,
Inc., a Seattle based privately held enterprise software company. Prior to that
time, Mr. Hawn served as Senior Vice President of Operations for BMC Software,
Inc., a leading provider of enterprise management software, where he oversaw
finance, corporate planning and development, and IT and business operations.
Mr. Hawn joined BMC Software in July 2000 as senior vice president of BMC
Software Ventures, managing more than one-half of the BMC Software’s product
groups, marketing and services units, and corporate planning and development
groups. |

| Prior to joining BMC Software, Mr. Hawn was a partner with McKinsey &
Company, where he led the firm’s technology practices and served as manager of
the Austin, Texas office. During his ten year tenure with McKinsey &
Company, Mr. Hawn served a variety of hardware, software, telecom and IT
services firms. Mr. Hawn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Masters of Business
Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. |

| Additionally, Mr. Hawn also serves on the Boards of Directors of Vignette
(NASDAQ:VIGN) and Pervasive Software (NASDAQ:PVSW). |
